Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to drive the acquisition and growth of restaurant partners for Petra Box.
This role is responsible for identifying and onboarding new restaurant partners, building strong relationships, and ensuring ongoing performance and engagement. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial thinking with hands-on execution and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant partners to grow Petra Box’s network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and key stakeholders.
- Drive partner activation and ensure successful onboarding and integration.
- Monitor partner performance (orders, engagement, operational quality) and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with partners to increase order volume and optimize performance.
- Negotiate partnership terms and align on commercial agreements.
- Manage and track partner pipeline and onboarding progress.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Gather market feedback and insights to improve offerings and partner experience.
- Ensure long-term partner retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in food delivery, marketplaces, or related industries).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple partners.
- Commercial mindset with focus on growth and performance.
- Strong execution skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and partner management.
