In this role, you will manage administrative functions, support internal teams, and help maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily administrative operations
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage front desk and secretarial tasks (calls, visitors, scheduling)
• Follow up with real estate brokerage companies on registrations and renewals
• Organize and maintain records and filing systems
• Prepare reports for management
• Handle internal communications, meetings, and scheduling
• Support senior management with operational tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or office management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
