What ACES is Looking For?
ACES is looking for a Functional ERP Specialist to join the team in Jordan.
Job Summary:
Working on site at the corporate offices. Customize the ERP Finance module according to national and local regulations for Financial and Accounting Activities. Maintain balance between the technical part and the financial/reporting requirements of the different departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and updating inventory, costs, fixed assets, client & suppliers master accounts including centralizing the process of additions, deletions and up keeps.
- Communicate with process owners and end users to properly capture necessary new requirements (after studying the current process).
- Administering, Maintain & update the documentation of the developed Oracle Cloud (Fusion) modules for future reference and audit.
- Following up on unresolved issues regarding the developed solutions within Oracle Cloud (Fusion) as well as recommending on actions to be taken in case of inability to achieve resolution internally.
- Administering proper data migration/ loading from legacy systems into the Oracle Cloud (Fusion) system, including controlling data, preparing for input as well as monitoring its consistency.
- Supporting and sustaining the implemented new ERP system modules by conducting routine testing and repairs associated with regular system software upgrades.
- Participating in the development of the function’s work plan; distributing and following up on work activities, projects and programs, monitoring workflow and reviewing work methods and procedures.
- Suggesting plans and programs inclusive of trainings activities to boost the effectiveness of the functions.
- Preparing periodic reports with respect to the Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Support function’s activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor.
- Ensuring the fulfilment of corporate requirements from the installed ERP – Oracle Fusion solution.
- Provide support and stability of the implemented ERP solution and ensure maintenance of good finance related training methodologies for all users.
- Any duties or responsibilities assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MIS or any related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FICO Oracle Fusion or related industry, experience working directly with Oracle E-Business or Cloud/Fusion applications.

- Oracle E-Business.
