Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at CFI. As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for all aspects of accounting, bookkeeping, Reconciliations, Online banking, The position reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager & indirectly to the Group CFO.
Responsibilities:
Review the entries & Validate them into the accounting system for CFI Jordan and its sisters’ entities.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to the financial guidelines
Assist in end of week /month close procedures
Prepare financial analyses and reports.
Assist with preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
Assist with the interim & annual audit preparations.
Prepare VAT & Income Tax computations and returns
Follow up all clients transactions on daily basis
Follow up the company's purchase invoices and prepare expense analysis on monthly basis
Ensure the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant agreements
Accurately perform daily reconciliations for clients transactions & corporate transactions
General Accounts and other duties requested by the Senior Finance Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field
Ability to work in different shifts (Sunday-Thursday) or (Monday-Friday)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial accounting
Fluency in Arabic & English
Advanced knowledge of Excel and various accounting software programs
High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking.
Excellent Knowledge in online banking system and payment instructions.
Good Knowledge in the financial brokerage field
Good Knowledge in the International Markets (FX, Equities, Commodities, etc).
Team player with good communication skills.
