Job Purpose
The HR Team Member supports the Human Resources and Administration team in daily operations and HR activities. The role assists with recruitment coordination, onboarding preparations, training logistics, employee follow-ups, data entry, and maintaining HR records. The intern also helps with internal communications, office coordination, and special HR projects as assigned. This position provides hands-on exposure to HR processes while developing organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and greeting visitors.
- Track office supplies & stationary inventory and place orders as needed.
- Process and distribute office mail.
- Submit invoices on the invoicing system and Nexus system in coordination with the Finance department and keep track of all invoices.
- Manage meeting rooms scheduling.
- Take lead on internal team-building events by coordinating logistics, catering, setup, etc.
- Collaborate with HR in all aspects of the hiring process which includes job postings, correspondence with applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, arranging for orientation program, send out end of probation evaluation forms, etc.
- Maintain recruitment data including CVs, interviews conducted, candidates selected, apology letters, etc.
- Assist the HR Director in analyzing training needs and implementing learning programs.
- Communicate with training vendors for required learning programs & coordinate training schedules & venues.
- Maintain trainings data including trainings dates, venues, attendees, cost, evaluations, etc.
- Generate reports as needed
- Act as a liaison officer with the insurance company.
- Follow up with employees on all HR – related requirements,
- Handle internship programs.
- Send out Internal communication correspondence.
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the HR Director
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or relevant field.
Experience
Minimum of 0 – 1 year experience in relevant field.
