About the Role:
We are looking for a Maintenance Associate ensures the efficient operation of farm equipment and utility systems, including machinery, water, electricity, and milking parlour systems. The role focuses on performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime. It also supports smooth farm operations by maintaining key systems such as feeding, ventilation, and cooling. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with safety standards and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Good technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment and utilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, and automated farm systems
- Ensure smooth operation of milking parlour, feeding, ventilation, cooling, and manure handling systems
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance
