Operations Manager – Airport Hospitality

Plaza Premium Group is currently hiring an Operations Manager to lead airport hospitality operations in Amman, Jordan.
As a global leader in airport lounges and hospitality services, this role will be responsible for managing multiple airport lounges and an airport hotel, driving operational excellence, enhancing guest experience, and owning full P&L performance.
🔹 Key responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end operations across lounges and airport hotel
• Drive P&L, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Manage and develop large teams (60+ staff)
• Oversee F&B operations, service quality, and guest experience
• Implement SOPs, KPIs, and data-driven improvements
• Support pre-opening, new projects, and refurbishments
🔹 We are looking for candidates with:
✔️ 10+ years’ experience in hospitality, with 5+ years in senior roles
✔️ Strong hotel background (Deputy GM / senior operations roles preferred)
✔️ Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
✔️ Solid exposure to F&B, front office, and guest services
✔️ Pre-opening / project experience is a strong advantage
✔️ Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational ownership
