The Role
Aumet is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Key Account Officer to join our
Pulse-Marketplace team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between pharmacies and
distributors. You won’t just be managing accounts; you will be optimizing the supply chain for the
healthcare sector. This is an ideal career pivot for a Pharmacist who is passionate about
technology, operational excellence, and transforming the pharmaceutical industry in Jordan.
Core Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Act as the dedicated partner for a high-volume portfolio of
pharmacies, driving daily engagement and platform stickiness.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor and optimize AFH to ensure distributors meet delivery
SLAs.
- Support & Resolution: Maintain a high FTTR by resolving chatbot inquiries and support
tickets with speed and precision.
- Technical Feedback Loop: Proactively identify system bottlenecks or UI/UX friction
points and report them to the Product team to drive platform improvements.
- Growth & Retention: Analyze pharmacy ordering patterns to identify "at-risk" accounts
and implement re-engagement strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Required).
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience (Pharmacy practice or Healthcare
Ops preferred).
- Communication: Fluent in Arabic and English with the ability to negotiate and
de-escalate high-pressure situations.
- Availability: Based in Amman and ready to join immediately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using Dashboards to track KPIs and account
health.
- Tech Fluency: Prior experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or
Zendesk) and automated chatbot workflows.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple distributor relationships simultaneously
without compromising on detail.
- Analytical Curiosity: A "Why?" mindset—someone who enjoys digging into data to find
out why a user dropped off or why an order was delayed.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to pivot between clinical pharmacy knowledge and
tech-focused operational tasks.
