Role Description The Odoo ERP Functional Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and mapping client processes to Odoo functionalities. The expert will conduct system demonstrations, support implementation, perform testing, and provide training and user support for key stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include preparing functional documentation, coordinating with technical teams for customizations, and ensuring smooth go-live and post-implementation support. The role also includes ongoing optimization of Odoo workflows to enhance business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation.
- Proven experience delivering at least 3-4 full-cycle Odoo implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Strong experience with Odoo Enterprise and multiple Odoo modules.
- Solid understanding of core business processes, especially in areas such as:
- Accounting, Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects, HR & Payroll.
- Strong experience in business analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Good understanding of Odoo technical concepts, including Models, Views, Actions, Automated Actions, Access Rights, and Record Rules.
- Basic understanding of Python/XML is preferred to communicate effectively with developers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of functional deliverables.
- Odoo Certification is a plus.

- Experience with different versions of Odoo

- Experience with large or multi-company implementations.
- Experience indifferent industries
- Experience mentoring junior consultants or leading implementation teams.
- Experience preparing SOWs, project proposals, estimates, and implementation plans.
