We’re looking for a Customer Experience Nutritionist who combines nutrition expertise with a customer-first mindset to deliver seamless, personalized support across all touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, nutrition advisory, and account management, playing a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring an exceptional experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while becoming a trusted CX nutritionist.
- Provide personalized nutrition advice, including supplements, diet plans, and wellness guidance.
- Contribute to product categorization and create nutrition-related content that informs and inspires customers.
- Manage customer accounts, including order placement, tracking, modifications, and returns.
- Support customers across live chat, calls, emails, and social media, ensuring every interaction is seamless.
- Escalate inquiries to the right internal teams when needed.
- Listen actively, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities to upsell, drive revenue, and strengthen loyalty.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or a related field is a must!
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in nutrition, customer experience, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Willing to grow, fast learner, and motivated to make a real impact
- Previous experience in customer experience or contact center environments is a high plus
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
- Ability to create positive interactions and provide thoughtful solutions for customers
- Strong writing skills for English and Arabic, able to craft professional and engaging responses
- Must be customer-service minded with a “customer first” approach, able to handle complex inquiries professionally
