Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), ensuring maximum ROI, cost efficiency, and optimal CPC.
- Identify and evaluate the most effective lead generation channels and implement data-driven budget allocation strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and continuous optimization.
- Plan, allocate, and manage marketing and advertising budgets in alignment with campaign objectives and overall sales targets.
- Collaborate and coordinate closely with external advertising agencies to ensure effective execution, performance, and brand consistency.
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external events, including product launches and promotional activities.
- Manage and oversee content across multiple brand platforms/pages, ensuring consistency, engagement, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maintain strong brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Work closely with distributors to ensure adequate stock availability of telecom products such as routers, signal boosters, and related devices.
- Apply creative thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive customer engagement and growth.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant telecommunications regulations and advertising standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in Meta advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with multi-channel performance marketing (e.g., Google Ads, SEO/SEM).
