We are seeking a self-driven professional who can lead strategy and growth through strong partnerships. The ideal candidate will maintain existing partner relationships, build new partnerships, and understand customer business requirements—effectively positioning how Sager Drones meets those needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Drive company growth by aligning strategies with business objectives and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies based on business needs.
- Track performance, revenue, and profit margins; provide weekly and monthly reports to the CEO.
- Gather partner feedback and identify opportunities to improve partner experience.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and validating opportunities.
- Develop marketing materials, including presentations, pitches, and content.
- Effectively communicate and position Sager Drones’ unique capabilities to clients.
- Conduct strategy calls, business reviews, and onsite presentations tailored to partner needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the drone industry.
Lead Generation
- Forecast sales KPIs and assign targets to the sales team.
- Monitor lead generation processes and ensure continuous improvement in conversion rates.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve targets effectively.
Supervision
- Manage and evaluate team performance.
- Identify training needs and support employee development.
Administrative Duties
- Participate in management meetings.
- Prepare and present KPI reports and business development updates.
- Develop and improve business development policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
- Proficiency in ROI analysis, presentations, white papers, and sales materials.

- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
