We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Junior Zoho CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our Zoho CRM platform. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the CRM system runs smoothly and continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Zoho CRM platform including modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and automation rules
- Create and manage custom views, dashboards, and reports for various business units
- Onboard new users, manage roles, profiles, and permission sets within Zoho CRM
- Design and implement workflow rules, blueprint processes, and macros to streamline business operations
- Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps (Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics) and third-party tools via APIs or native connectors
- Identify and resolve CRM data quality issues; perform data import, export, deduplication, and cleansing activities
- Provide first-level technical support to CRM users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed
- Document system configurations, processes, and user guides
- Assist in testing and rolling out new Zoho CRM features and updates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field
- Hands-on experience or strong academic knowledge of Zoho CRM administration and configuration
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM modules: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Activities, and Reports
- Basic understanding of CRM workflow automation, approval processes, and blueprint design
- Knowledge of data management practices including import/export and deduplication
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and CRM integrations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis tasks
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus for customising email templates in Zoho
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and system integrity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with eagerness to learn
