Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman for an Automotive Service Manager. The Automotive Service Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing service schedules, coordinating maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and supervising the service team. The role also encompasses quality control, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology , Mechanical Engineering or a related field .
- Proven expertise in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive services with more than 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Experience working in the automotive industry is highly preferred
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical and operational challenges
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
