Our Data & Research team operates at a corporate level, driving business analysis, market research, data governance, and strategic initiatives across all entities.
Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in structuring business processes, building insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the group.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Document, map, and analyze business processes across departments using structured methodologies
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
• Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions to understand workflows, systems, and operational challenges
• Support data governance initiatives including process standardization and documentation frameworks
• Produce high-quality business documents (process maps, gap analyses, feasibility studies, recommendations)
• Contribute to KPI framework design and reporting standardization across business units
• Participate in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic projects
• Maintain structured documentation systems and knowledge bases
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, strategy, or research
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard building & reporting)
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience conducting structured stakeholder sessions and documenting outputs
• Strong written communication in both Arabic and English
• Ability to deliver clean, structured work independently
Strong Advantage:
• Experience with process mapping tools or methodologies (e.g., swimlane diagrams)
• Familiarity with data governance and systems documentation
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, or operational platforms
• Experience in startups, multi-entity organizations, or fast-paced environments
