Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to foster professional growth and high-quality outcomes
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust software applications
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and implementing modern development methodologies
- Manage project timelines, identify risks, and work proactively to resolve technical challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role
- Strong expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to BlackStone eIT's technology stack
- Experience with cloud platforms, continuous integration/delivery, and agile development methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time
