Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Amman for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, train and motivate team members to achieve sales targets, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing sales data, developing strategies to increase revenue, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business objectives is essential.

- Strong Team Management and Leadership skills, with the ability to coach and inspire a sales team effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and create actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry is a plus.
