Job Title: Human Resources Officer – Compensation & Benefits
Location: Amman, Jordan (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring all relevant data (leaves, allowances, deductions, etc.) is accurately maintained and reported.
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records in HR systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external providers regarding insurance, benefits, and related services.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes related to compensation and benefits documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports related to compensation, benefits, and workforce data as required.
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits, allowances, and HR policies.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in compensation and benefits or HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR practices, payroll coordination, and employee benefits administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and social security regulations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
