We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team and help drive our people strategy, ensuring our employees are supported, engaged, and set up for success.
What You’ll Do:
-Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
-Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.
-Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
-Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
-Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations in Jordan.
-Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management.
-Support learning and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-3–5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the tech or software industry.
-Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
-Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
-Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
