【Job Responsibilities】
1. Human Resources Data Analysis
· Responsible for organizing, compiling, and analyzing core human resources data, including but not limited to: employee attendance data, leave rates, turnover rates, and workforce structure analysis.
· Build and maintain a local employee HR data dashboard, regularly produce data analysis reports to provide data support for management decision-making.
· Identify issues through data insights (e.g., abnormal turnover rate in a department) and provide preliminary recommendations.
2. Localization Projects and Activity Execution
· Plan and implement various projects and activities for local employees according to the needs of headquarters or subsidiaries (e.g., employee satisfaction surveys, training course organization, birthday parties, etc.).
· Responsible for the full execution of activities: on-site organization, post-event feedback collection, and effectiveness analysis.
3. Employee Relations and Communication Coordination
· Serve as a communication bridge to assist Chinese management and local Jordanian employees in daily information transmission and communication.
· Participate in handling basic employee relations matters, such as onboarding guidance, exit interview documentation, and employee inquiries.
· Assist in translating HR-related Chinese policy documents and notices into English and Arabic, ensuring accurate information dissemination.
【Job Requirements】
1. Language Skills (Core Mandatory Requirement)
· Arabic: Fluent
· Chinese (Mandarin): Fluent communication level. Able to communicate smoothly with Chinese colleagues, accurately understand requirements without relying on English. Preference given to those who have studied in China.
· English: Proficient.
2. Data Skills
· Sensitive to data, meticulous and rigorous, able to identify patterns and issues from data.
· Must be proficient in Excel (pivot tables, basic functions such as VLOOKUP, chart creation).
3. Work Experience and Education
· Fresh graduates are acceptable, but candidates with 1-2 years of relevant work experience (such as data analysis, project management) are preferred.
· Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Mathematics, Chinese, or Human Resource Management are preferred.
