Job Description:
The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the team by managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of office operations. This role will provide general support across various departments, particularly HR and Finance, and assist with a range of routine office tasks.
· Manage general office duties including mail handling, office supply inventory, and coordination of service providers.
· Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all finance and office documents.
· Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support internal communication within the finance department.
· Handle correspondence related to finance or administration.
· Assist the finance team with filing financial documents, vouchers, and invoices accurately.
· Prepare and format bank letters and official financial documents under the guidance of finance personnel.
· Ensure that confidential financial documents are organized and securely stored.
· Support finance staff in ad hoc tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and organizing financial data for audits or reporting.
- Coordination & Compliance:
· Liaise with banks, vendors, and service providers for document submissions and collection.
· Help ensure finance-related administrative processes comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
· Assist in updating internal finance templates and records as requested.
To Land This Position, You Must Have:
· At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
· Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
· Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
· The ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Experience with general administrative and clerical procedures.
· A positive, team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
