Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Elite / Affluent clients while maintaining long-term relationships.
- Identify client financial needs and provide tailored banking and investment solutions.
- Promote a full range of banking products including deposits, lending, cards, and wealth solutions.
- Achieve portfolio growth and cross-selling targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor client portfolios and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Elite clients, ensuring a premium banking experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4 – 6 years of banking experience, preferably in Relationship Management, Priority Banking, or Wealth Management.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage portfolios and achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical mindset and customer-centric approach.
