Key Accountabilities:
- Align internal messaging with Orange’s vision, mission, culture, and strategy.
- Execute Internal Communication plans in accordance with the following objectives:
1. Clear cascade of information to employees.
2. Increase employee trust & engagement.
3. Strengthen leadership visibility.
4. Support change & transformation.
5. Reinforce culture, values, and purpose.
6. Enable faster, clearer decision-making.
- Support internal departments, such as HR, PR, CSR, Marketing, and others, with their internal communication needs via a clear end-to-end process and KPIs, with care to brand guidelines
- Manage and create engaging and consistent content by developing a variety of materials, including presentations, announcements, newsletters for the internal communications multi-channel (intranet, email, in-person events, virtual events, etc.) and regularly evaluate the efficiency of the channels used and perform continuous improvements.
- Build feedback mechanisms into the internal communications strategy to facilitate employees’ feedback.
- Ensure internal communications is considered and handled in a sensitive and timely fashion linked to key external announcements.
- Provide clear and effective communication in response to crisis or emergency situations to reassure and guide the employees.
- Support leadership and company meetings by assisting in organizing the agendas and logistics.
- Prepare, control, and forecast the annual budget related to department activities to meet the business needs.
- Manage, organize, and motivate the team or agency if needed to provide the parties concerned with the expected services in respect of the contract, the policies, code of ethics, and bylaws.
- Manage and coordinate various internal communication activities with the group; to ensure consistency of implementing actions, and to distribute all necessary tools published by the group to the employees in Orange.
- Manage the relationship with the specialized external Agency.
Education & Experience:
- BA degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Public Relations, or HR.
- 7 – 10 years of experience in Public Relations, Journalism, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the communication field.
- Strong understanding of internal communication principles and practices.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing for various digital channels.
- Experience managing and maintaining intranet platforms.
- Knowledge of current internal communication trends and technologies.
- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies.
- Data analysis and reporting skills to measure communication effectiveness
