Job Summary
Provide vision and strategy for all data management activities in order to help the Company measure its strategic and performance gap.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the existing reporting environment, ensuring continuous availability, stability, timely update and issue resolution.
- Build business performance dashboards which provide timely information and insights that enable employees to make better decisions, optimize processes and plans, and work proactively.
- Build/maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, clean, and harmonize data
- Determine the Company’s current data quality and maturity levels and shift the organization to an optimization cycle – continuously monitoring and improving its data defect-prevention process.
- Establish an architecture and a collection of integrated decision-support applications and databases – providing the business community easy access to business data. (Business Intelligence)
- Assist in Finance and Production domains such as feasibility studies, utilization, costing & inventory management.
- Implement and maintain robust data security measures, including encryption, access control, and monitoring, to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access or breaches. This includes setting policies for data governance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Team Follow up: Conduct periodic meetings with team members regarding work priorities and ensuring work is progress smooth and inform the team of company updates, departmental changes … etc.
- Workforce Planning: Handle work force planning process per the developed budgets and plans.
- People Management: Manage team’s personnel affairs (leaves, vacations…etc.), performance management, coaching and needed training.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or any related field
- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in written, read and spoken English and Arabic.
