Job Summary
A Project Coordinator supports by coordinating tasks, resources, schedules, and communication between team members and stakeholders. You will also assist the Project Manager in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and organizing project activities.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and update project documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project status updates.
- Communicate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Track project deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain project files, records, and documentation.
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and administrative project tasks.
- Ensure project activities follow company procedures and standards.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project support (preferred)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage
