Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fit-Out Manager located in Amman, Jordan. The Fit-Out Manager will oversee all aspects of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are executed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, supervising site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in interior fit-out processes, budget management, and quality control
- Experience in team coordination, stakeholder communication, and client relationship management
- Technical expertise in construction, architecture, or interior design
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial and residential settings
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage
