Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fit-Out Manager, located in Amman, Jordan. The Fit-Out Manager will oversee the design, planning, and execution of fit-out, finishing, and furnishing projects. Key daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and contractors, supervising the work on-site, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves budget management, procurement, and ensuring projects are delivered as per client specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Experience or expertise in interior fit-out, finishing, and furniture design and installation.
- Proficiency in reading architectural and engineering drawings, and familiarity with construction methods and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on quality control and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools is an asset.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in fit-out management or a related construction role, ideally within commercial, residential, or office projects, is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
