Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role. The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. This position requires a strategic thinker who can maintain strict compliance with labor laws and company policies while driving departmental efficiency through advanced HRIS management.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Lead the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure talent alignment.
- Data Governance: Supervise the maintenance of comprehensive employee records and HR documentation with 100% accuracy.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee the administration of payroll and benefits programs, ensuring timely and precise execution.
- Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, providing professional support and conflict resolution.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure all HR activities strictly adhere to local labor laws and internal company regulations.
- Reporting: Generate high-level HR analytics and reports to support management decision-making.
- System Mastery: Serve as the primary expert for the Menaitech (MenaHR) system, optimizing its use across all HR functions.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior coordination role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience with the Menaitech (MenaHR) system is mandatory.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Expert-level command of Jordan Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for data analysis) and HRIS platforms.
- Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving under pressure.
- Language: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
