Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee the financial strategy and operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership within the Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial sectors, with hands-on experience in India, Qatar, or the UAE. The CFO will play a pivotal role in guiding strategic decisions, ensuring financial health, optimizing Costs, and supporting the company’s growth and investment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across the organization.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Oversee capital structure, financing, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
- Ensure compliance with international and regional financial regulations, taxation laws, and internal policies.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks, investment opportunities, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Supervise accounting, financial Tracking reporting, treasury, tax, and internal audit functions.
- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls aligned with corporate objectives.
- Support M&A activities, project financing, and large capital investment decisions.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to monitor project financial performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a CFO or senior finance executive role.
- Experience working in India, Qatar, or the UAE is required.
- Strong background in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
- Expertise in international financial reporting standards (IFRS), project finance, and financial controls.
- Proven ability to manage multifaceted group of companies and lead cross-functional teams and operate in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
