The Agency Executive is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve business targets, managing branch operations, and driving sustainable sales growth. This role focuses on strengthening team performance, enhancing sales productivity, improving product knowledge, and ensuring strong customer engagement. The Agency Executive acts as the primary driver of sales strategies and plays a critical role in achieving branch and organizational goals.
1. Sales Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, providing coaching and corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure high levels of productivity and pipeline management within the sales team.
2. Branch Management & Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, underwriting, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
3. Business Development & Relationship Management
- Identify market opportunities to increase the branch market share.
- Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in sales events, customer engagements, and networking opportunities.
4. Team Development & Capability Building
- Provide continuous coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to the sales team.
- Conduct regular training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and enhance selling skills.
- Support career development and succession planning within the team.
5. Product Expertise & Communication
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all offerings to support the team and improve customer experience.
- Deliver clear and persuasive communication to clients and team members.
- Ensure accurate delivery of product information and value propositions.
