Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end bid process for major digital solutions’ opportunities—from qualification to proposal submission and post-submission follow-up—ensuring alignment with client needs, strategic objectives, and internal governance. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end management of digital solution proposals and complex bid packages.
- Craft pursuit messaging, value propositions, and executive summaries.
- Guide technical and creative contributors on structuring inputs to meet client needs.
- Coordinate proposal timelines, inputs, and compliance checks across disciplines.
- Analyse RFP requirements & criteria, and scoring models to develop win themes.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and position Dar’s value proposition accordingly.
- Support new growth initiatives by analysing RFP’s and carrying out a needs-analysis.
- Represent the pursuit team in client meetings and internal reviews.
- Coach junior staff on pursuit best practices and document development.
- Drive continuous improvement in pursuit quality, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with business development and technical teams to shape go/no-go decisions.
- Estimating efforts and costs, and pricing digital solutions and services in consistency with pricing strategies while following the approval workflows.
