Bigo Live – Africa Live Streaming Operations
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Africa hosts, families, and community streamers.
- Analyze performance data to improve host activity, user engagement, and revenue.
- Handle incentives, reward calculations, and ensure accurate distribution.
- Coordinate between hosts, agencies, and the platform to resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in live streaming, creator, community operations, or business development / account management is preferred.
- Strong data awareness and proficiency in Excel.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and flexible with work schedule as needed.
