Reservation Management: Handle and process reservations for travel, accommodations, and other services. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in booking procedures.
Client Interaction: Interact with clients via phone, email, or in person to assist with reservations, answer inquiries, and provide information on available options and pricing.
Booking Systems: Use reservation and booking systems to check availability, make reservations, and update client information. Ensure all booking details are accurately recorded.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the reservation process. Address and resolve any issues, changes, or cancellations promptly and professionally.
Documentation: Prepare and send confirmation documents, including itineraries, tickets, and booking vouchers. Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with hotels, airlines, car rental agencies, and other service providers to secure reservations and confirm availability.
Payment Processing: Manage payment processes, including invoicing and billing. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and refunds.
Compliance: Ensure all reservations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain records of reservations, cancellations, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports on reservation activities and performance metrics.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about travel trends, industry developments, and available services. Provide clients with the latest information and recommendations.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to reservations, including discrepancies, special requests, or changes. Ensure a positive resolution and client satisfaction.
