Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Reservation Executive for our Amman office. The role involves assisting clients with travel bookings, managing reservations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient communication with clients. The Reservation Executive will handle inquiries, provide customized travel solutions, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless service delivery. This is an on-site position that requires a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process reservations for travel, accommodations, and other services.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in booking procedures.
- Interact with clients via phone, email, or in person to assist with reservations, answer inquiries, and provide information on available options and pricing.
- Use reservation and booking systems to check availability, make reservations, and update client information.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the reservation process.
- Address and resolve any issues, changes, or cancellations promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and send confirmation documents, including itineraries, tickets, and booking vouchers.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, car rental agencies, and other service providers to secure reservations and confirm availability.
- Manage payment processes, including invoicing and billing.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and refunds.
- Ensure all reservations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and maintain records of reservations, cancellations, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports on reservation activities and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about travel trends, industry developments, and available services.
- Provide clients with the latest information and recommendations.
- Address and resolve any issues related to reservations, including discrepancies, special requests, or changes.
- Ensure a positive resolution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for building positive client relationships.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver high-quality experiences and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in managing reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in related processes.
- Sales skills to identify client needs and recommend the best travel solutions while fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the travel industry or reservation management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in reservation systems or travel management software is an advantage.
