Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team in Amman, Jordan. In this role, you will lead and mentor engineering teams, drive technical design and Agile development, and deliver secure, scalable solutions in cloud environments. You will play a key part in shaping the technical direction of high-impact projects that leverage big data, analytics, and AI to solve real-world challenges
What You’ll Do:
âś” Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams
✔Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
✔Drive technical design and architecture decisions, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
✔Champion Agile development practices, working closely with Product Owners, UX designers, and DevOps experts to deliver high-quality software.
✔Design and implement cloud-native applications and microservices, leveraging modern infrastructure and best practices.
✔Collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions that align with strategic goals.
✔Stay ahead of emerging technologies, continuously evaluating and integrating new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product performance.
✔Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
âś… 10+ years in software engineering & cloud infrastructure
âś… 5+ years in AI services or analytics
âś… Strong leadership and technical expertise (Java, C++, Python, MongoDB, Kafka, MySQL)
âś… Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
