Optimizing the Company’s Tender Portfolio to be aligned with dynamic market needs and updates to maximize revenue and market share.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Analyse all tender lists in the region, study opportunities, and propose them to Business Development for consideration & inclusion in the pipeline.
- Conduct Market Research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Post tender evaluation based on previous experience, track & analyse tender performance metrics such as win rates, revenue growth and profitability.
- Upsides Identification and implementation.
- Stay updated with government tenders and use online portals to continuously search domestic and international tenders.
- Follow up with the technical team to identify products with technical issues and work along with stakeholders to solve such issues and reintroduce them into our bidding base.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine the feasibility of Tender Products, making sure to have the best possible profit.
- Analyse pricing structure and market share to develop competitive prices and optimize costs.
- Prepare costing in connection with price quotation proposals.
- Closely follow up with RA on registration progress for top tender products and hospital products.
- Coordinate with BD on forecast and market size in tenders, which will help to build up 5 YBP.
- Supporting the local tender team by having some sales responsibilities in high specialty account KHCC.
- Listing MS products on tender formulary.
- Coordinate with internal departments to prepare the required documents as per tender bidding deadlines.
- Circulate necessary details within departments and give timely reports about tender database management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in. Pharmacy, or any equivalent field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in written, read, and spoken English and Arabic.
