Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Educational Sales & Training Consultant with deep expertise in K-12 realm. This hybrid role is designed for a professional who can drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities and then ensure long-term success through expert pedagogical implementation. You will not only be the face of our training programs but also the primary driver for promoting and closing our educational solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training, Implementation & Pedagogy (The Academic Core)
- Interactive Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for K-12 teachers, delivered both online and onsite.
- Content Customization: Develop and regularly update high-quality training materials and resources to meet evolving educational standards like CCSS or NGSS.
- Implementation Support: Empower educators to effectively implement our programs in their classrooms through tailored content and soft-skill development.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Stay informed on the latest research and innovative practices in educational field to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.
2. Business Development & Relationship Management (The Sales Core)
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to promote educational products and identify new market opportunities.
- Decision-Maker Engagement: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with educators, school administrators, and key decision-makers to drive product adoption.
- Brand Representation: Represent the organization professionally at conferences, seminars, and industry events to actively sell and promote our solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area (English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.).
Expertise: Proven teaching/training experience in K-12 ELA, Math, or Science with strong knowledge of CCSS, NGSS.
Communication: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EdTech tools; exceptional presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English. Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is strictly required.
Mindset: High degree of empathy and patience for educators , paired with resilience under pressure to meet sales targets.
Logistics: Ability to work independently with excellent time management and flexibility to travel for onsite sessions.
