As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Lead to lead both CRM delivery and the CRM team across our regional projects.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Lead based in Jordan who will be responsible for leading CRM implementations while managing and developing the CRM team. This role combines hands-on solution delivery, client engagement, and team leadership, ensuring high-quality execution, knowledge growth, and consistent delivery standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM projects across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
- Manage, mentor, and support the CRM team, including task allocation, workload planning, performance guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Act as the technical and functional reference point for the CRM team.
- Own CRM solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable and efficient CRM solutions.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integrations of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform components.
- Work closely with technical teams to manage custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Serve as the main point of contact for CRM-related client engagements and escalations.
- Support pre-sales activities including demos, solution design, estimations, and scoping.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead client workshops, user training sessions, and post-go-live adoption activities.
- Establish and improve CRM delivery standards, documentation, and best practices within ConsultTik.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proven experience leading CRM implementations and managing or mentoring CRM consultants.
- Strong functional expertise in core CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
- Solid knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience in solution architecture, business analysis, and client-facing roles.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
