How You’ll Contribute
As a Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Requirements Planning & Analysis
- Participate in developing requirements plans and strategies aligned with project objectives, timelines, and business priorities.
- Assisting in analyzing client current processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for functional, integration, and usability aspects of solutions.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps to track requirements progress and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of business requirements throughout the lifecycle.
- Analyze requirements-related data to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively recommend enhancements to processes, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder outcomes based on data-driven insights.
- Support ad-hoc requirements analysis and urgent business needs.
- Provide detailed documentation on requirements traceability, dependencies, and overall efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scum, and DevOps methodologies in requirements management.
- Prepare key requirements documents such as the Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements, User Stories with acceptance criteria, Process Flows, Data Dictionaries, and Integration Specifications.
- Assisting in creating acceptance criteria, test cases, and supporting UAT activities.
- Collaborate closely with developers and testers to ensure team alignment on business needs and solution artifacts,
- Holding a basic understanding of how AI-driven features integrate into digital products.
Capability to summarize complex information and extract insights using AI.
Project Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with project managers to meet requirements deliverables and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and adjust requirements priorities as needed to address shifting risks or business needs.
- Act as a bridge between business teams, development, and QA, ensuring clear communication on requirements, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, including requirement changes, impacts, and recommendations.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in business analysis role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel for onsite engagements
- ECBA or any similar certification is a plus.
- Knowledge in Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets for data validation.
- Familiarity with UX principles.
- Understanding APIs is a plus.
