Role Overview
FutureTEC is seeking a Head of Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to lead and govern the company’s project, program, and strategic initiative portfolio at an enterprise level.
The EPMO is an independent governance function reporting directly to the CEO / Executive Office. Its mandate extends beyond delivery to include prioritization, standardization, visibility, performance tracking, and executive escalation across all divisions and countries.
This role is ideal for a senior PMO leader with executive presence, capable of challenging priorities, enforcing discipline, and driving organizational clarity.
Key Responsibilities
EPMO Leadership & Governance
- Establish and lead the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) framework across the organization.
- Define and enforce project, program, and portfolio management standards.
- Own the enterprise project intake, prioritization, and approval process.
- Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives, operational capacity, and business objectives.
Portfolio Oversight & Executive Reporting
- Maintain full visibility of all strategic, internal, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Track progress, dependencies, risks, and resource utilization at portfolio level.
- Produce executive dashboards and reports for the CEO and leadership team.
- Escalate issues, conflicts, and deviations with clear recommendations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Division Heads, Department Heads, and Country Managers.
- Act as a neutral authority to resolve priority conflicts and sequencing challenges.
- Ensure accountability for timelines, deliverables, and outcomes across functions.
Standards, Tools & Process
- Define project management methodologies, templates, and governance workflows.
- Standardize reporting, documentation, and status tracking.
- Oversee or recommend PM tools and ensure consistent adoption.
- Continuously improve project governance maturity across the organization.
Strategic & Transformation Initiatives
- Oversee execution of CEO-led strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Ensure disciplined execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Support organizational change by enforcing clarity and execution rigor.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in PMO, project, or program management roles.
- Proven experience leading an enterprise or centralized PMO.
- Strong exposure to executive-level governance and reporting.
- Experience working in multi-country or regional organizations.
- Professional certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, etc.) are a strong advantage.
