As we scale our operations in Jordan, we are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Telesales Manager to oversee our growing sales department. In this pivotal role, you will define sales strategies, manage sales leadership talent, and drive revenue growth.

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive telesales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Department Management: Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, managing a structure of Team Leads and Course Consultants. Ensure the department runs efficiently and profitably.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to forecast sales trends, report on pipeline health to senior management, and adjust strategies based on real-time market feedback.
- Process Optimization: Architect and refine sales workflows, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) utilizations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize conversion rates and minimize lead leakage.
- Performance Management: Set rigorous KPIs and commission structures that align with company financial goals. Hold Team Leads accountable for their teams' performance.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality, and collaborate with Operations/CS to ensure a seamless customer lifecycle.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years in telesales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role (managing Team Leads or teams of 30+ staff).
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in EdTech, E-learning, or B2C is highly desirable.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to build sales forecasts, manage budgets, and design sales funnels.
- Leadership: Strong executive presence with experience in hiring, training, and managing performance at a departmental level.
- Communication: Native-level proficiency in Arabic and professional fluency in English.
