Estarta is seeking a Social Media Specialist to support the PR & Communications team in strengthening the company’s digital presence and improving organic reach across social platforms. The role focuses on content planning, execution, performance optimization, and community engagement, ensuring alignment with Estarta’s brand voice and strategic objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, publish, and manage content across Estarta’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others as applicable)
- Translate PR initiatives, corporate news, employer branding, and thought leadership into social-first content
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business priorities
- Monitor content performance and optimize posts based on insights and analytics
- Support organic growth through platform best practices (timing, formats, hooks, engagement)
- Coordinate with design and PR teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency
- Manage comments, messages, and basic community engagement professionally
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and platform changes
- Support social coverage for key events, campaigns, and initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital content roles
- Strong understanding of organic social media growth, especially on LinkedIn
- Experience managing corporate or B2B social media accounts
- Strong copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
