Key Responsibilities▪ Prepare periodic and annual financial statements and reports
▪ Manage cash flow and funding requirements
▪ Oversee taxation, social security, and regulatory compliance
▪ Manage banking relationships and credit facilities
▪ Supervise inventory accounting and financial controls
▪ Lead cost accounting and develop costing models
▪ Prepare budgets and analyze variances
▪ Develop and strengthen internal controls & accounting policies
▪ Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
▪ Ensure timely reporting under demanding deadlines
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and aptitude in Finance
- Expertise in Accounting practices and tools
- Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively to achieve organizational financial goals
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 12 years of experience (manufacturing / industrial sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of taxation & social security regulations
- Proficiency in SAP
- Fluency in English
- Prior experience in similar leadership roles is highly desirable
