Role Overview
In this role, you will manage life insurance policies, members, reports, amendments, while coordinating underwriting and claims activities. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or early career professionals seeking to build a career in life insurance and underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy Issuance: Issue individual and group life insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
- Group Membership Management: Add or remove members from group policies as required.
- Commission Reporting: Prepare monthly commission reports for individual and group policies.
- Amendments & Adjustments: Handle technical and non-technical amendments, loans, APS, boosters, refunds, and surrenders.
- Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with medical providers and other relevant parties to support underwriting and claims decisions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records related to underwriting and claims activities.
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Technical Skills:
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
• Ability to quickly understand basic insurance concepts.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to data accuracy.
