Project: Cloud Kitchen Empowerment & Digital Integration Program
Location: Amman, Jordan

Position Summary
The Project Coordinator will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Cloud Kitchen Empowerment Project, which aims to train and integrate 225 women (9 groups × 25 participants) into a mobile application as home-based cloud kitchens.
The coordinator will ensure smooth coordination between trainers, venues, community partners, mobile application departments, coaches, and beneficiaries.
This role requires strong organizational, communication, and field management skills, with a clear focus on achieving measurable income-generation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Assessment & Feasibility Support
- Assist in conducting market mapping and assessment activities.
- Coordinate data collection.
- Support preparation of market assessment reports and recommendations.
- Liaise with the mobile app team to ensure findings are applied in onboarding design.
2. Partnerships & Outreach
- Support identification and mapping of CBOs and NGOs.
- Coordinate meetings and field visits with potential partners.
- Assist in drafting and following up on partnership agreements.
- Collect and verify beneficiary lists from partner organizations.
- Ensure data protection and proper documentation of outreach activities.
3. Training Design & Trainer Coordination
- Support recruitment and contracting specialized trainers.
- Coordinate development of training materials.
- Ensure onboarding training on Mobile App is fully integrated.
- Monitor trainer deliverables and attendance.
4. Venue Booking & Scheduling
- Coordinate reservation of training venues suitable for:
- 25 participants per group
- 4-hour daily sessions
- Parallel training groups (4 groups first phase, 5 groups second phase)
- Ensure logistical readiness (equipment, seating, materials).
- Prepare training schedules and share with all stakeholders.
5. Training Implementation & Application Integration
- Ensure all participants attend mandatory sessions.
- Coordinate with mobile app departments for onboarding.
- Support smooth transition of participants into registered cloud kitchens.
- Track progress toward activation on the mobile platform.
6. Monitoring & Coaching Support
- Coordinate kitchen visits (minimum two per participant).
- Ensure coaches document compliance.
- Follow up on corrective actions when needed.
7. Reporting & Operational Follow-up
- Develop tracking templates.
- Contribute to narrative and financial reports.
- Maintain organized documentation for donor compliance.
Expected Results by Project End
- 225 women trained.
- Minimum 50% actively generating income.
- Structured reporting system established.
- Effective partnerships with local NGOs/CBOs.
- Full coordination between training, coaching, and mobile integration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Social Development, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination.
- NGO experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in income-generation or women empowerment projects is an asset.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage parallel activities and tight timelines.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and good English proficiency.
- Strong field coordination and stakeholder management skills.
