External Sales Engineer
The External Sales Engineer will work with sales and engineering teams to find, contact, and follow up with prospective clients across Jordan. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements and presenting solutions. The position requires the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical clients.
Responsibilities
- Present and explain technical capabilities
- Support lead generation and business development activities
- Identify, visit, and maintain prospective and existing clients
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and plant meetings
- Provide general technical support in coordination with internal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (instrumentation preferred)
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and professionally
- Willingness to travel within Jordan
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner with a technical mindset
