Coordinator - Admin | MAF Retail | Head Office Jordan
Role Summary
The Coordinator – Admin is responsible for meeting, greeting and assisting visitors, employees and suppliers.
ROLE PROFILE
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents
- Retrieve corporate documents, records, reports and maintain records management database system
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and performing basic bookkeeping work
- Manage and follow up on telephone bills payment
- Manage diary with all meetings and appointments including appropriate resources and logistics for meetings
- Distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
- Prepare business travel and entertainment expenses claims in a timely basis and coordinate with the finance
- Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 1+ years of experience as a receptionist
- Excellent coordination skills
- High attention to detail
- Communication skills
