ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager – Social Media is responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategy for the company. The role holder is also responsible for designing and implementing social media strategy aligned with business goals and overseeing campaigns achieve satisfactory ROI.
ROLE PROFILE
- Plan and execute digital and social media campaigns across the market, ensuring strong brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, delivering consistent, high‑quality content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to the highest standard.
- Develop the market’s social media strategy in coordination with the central team, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Generate creative and innovative growth ideas to enhance customer engagement and brand impact.
- Monitor, measure, and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Analyze trends and consumer behavior to optimize digital marketing spend and maximize ROI.
- Assist in implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar digital or social media role; retail industry experience is an advantage.
- Proactive, creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute new ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a solution‑oriented approach.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
