Regional Brand Manager for one of our clients who is a leading
Manufacturing and Distribution Company in the Middle East to lead brand strategy development and execution across our key markets. This role is ideal for a brand-obsessed professional who thrives in a dynamic regional organization and has a passion for elevating brand visibility, driving market penetration, and fostering lasting consumer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement regional brand strategies aligned with overall commercial and marketing goals.
- Lead long-term brand planning, positioning, and messaging to strengthen brand equity across markets.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct consumer insights research and competitive landscape analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Campaign & Activation Leadership
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, traditional), ensuring consistency and relevance across channels.
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver creative and effective brand initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial, sales, category, and trade teams to ensure brand plans translate into measurable business outcomes.
- Support regional launches, events, and promotions.
Regional Market Adaptation
- Adapt global brand guidelines for local cultural and market contexts while maintaining brand integrity.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across GCC and MENA markets.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably in
FMCG, retail, toys, or consumer lifestyle categories
Strong analytical thinking and ability to transform insights into actions
Experience managing multi-market brand plans and cross-border campaigns
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with frequent regional travel across key markets
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
