As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for building, shaping, and growing a newly appointed automotive brand while strengthening the brand presence in the market. This role, designed for a dynamic and driven
individual who is ready to develop the brand from the ground up while also contributing directly to sales performance. Your role will combine brand management, marketing strategy, and new car sales responsibility, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the premium identity of the brand. This position requires creativity, strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing and executing brand strategies that enhance awareness and positioning.
- Supporting the launch and market introduction of the brand’s products, campaigns, and activations.
- Planning and executing digital and on-ground activations, test-drive events, and lifestyle experiences.
- Managing the full sales funnel including prospecting, test drives, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Actively participating in new car sales activities and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring a premium and personalized experience.
- Establishing and nurturing a brand-led community, supported by a structured and continuous community management framework throughout the year.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Planning and coordinating events and activations, sponsorships, and brand experiences in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring full compliance with corporate identity and brand communication guidelines.
- Coordinating closely with sales, marketing, aftersales, and management teams to align brand and sales objectives.
- Representing the brand at corporate, media, and customer-facing engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or sales (automotive
experience is an advantage).
- Valid driving license.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic, and proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Comprehensive Knowledge of
- Fluent English and Arabic – written and spoken.
- Marketing principles, branding strategies, and customer experience standards.
- CRM tools, lead management systems, and basic sales reporting.
- Digital marketing concepts including social media, content creation, and
campaign execution.
- Automotive market dynamics and consumer behavior (preferred).
