Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in preparing media plans for digital and offline channels.
- Support the team leader in selecting platforms based on target audience, budget, and objectives.
- Help gather data for media research, competitor analysis, and market trends.
- Support in preparing PQs and POs and follow up on approvals and documentation.
- Track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are submitted on time.
- Assist in launching digital campaigns (social ads, Google ads, YouTube, etc.) under senior guidance.
- Monitor basic campaign performance and notify seniors if adjustments are needed.
- Ensure all media materials are delivered and uploaded correctly.
- Track campaign performance: impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, and spend.
- Prepare simple weekly or end-of-campaign reports.
- Monitor competitors’ media presence and gather insights.
- Share briefs, collect feedback, and follow up on pending tasks with the agency.
- Support in organizing media assets and keeping records updated.
- Review placements to ensure ads appear correctly across all platforms (OOH checks, screenshot monitoring, link testing).
- Report any errors or missing placements to the agency or vendor immediately.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication eng, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- 3-5 years of experience in a communications role, with demonstrated experience in team leadership and strategic communication planning.
