Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in creating and editing social media content (images, videos, captions, stories).
- Help in preparing monthly content calendars.
- Participate in brainstorming ideas for campaigns and daily content.
- Gather content materials from teams, events, and partners.
- Track daily/weekly performance (reach, engagement, follower growth).
- Prepare analytics reports for internal use.
- Identify basic trends (best performing content, peak posting times).
- Keep an eye on social media trends, sounds, hashtags, and relevant content ideas.
- Recommend creative ideas suitable for the brand.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
- Coordinate with the creative and media agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and content deliverables.
- Support in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines.
Education & Experienc
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Eng, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- 3-5 years of experience in a communications role, with demonstrated experience in team leadership and strategic communication planning.
